This is a Factory Kel-Tec P3AT-313, 1 round magazine extension which includes the extension, special bottom plate and longer spring.
This magazine extension fits the standard magazine for Kel-Tec's P-3AT (.380 caliber) semi-auto pistol. The extension allows an additional round to be added to the factory magazine. It also extends the grip, which provides a more comfortable hold on the gun.
